Sacred Sands — Atlas Kasbah, Morocco

November 29 – December 5, 2026

Sacred Sands

Agadir, Morocco

for women to come home to the part of them that's always been whole.

journey with us ↓

somewhere along the way… we learned our worth was something we had to earn.

👉 Be “easy”.
👉 Be “low maintenance”.
👉 Be beautiful, but not “vain”.
👉 Be confident, but not intimidating.
👉 Be soft, but not needy.
👉 Be strong, but never need anything.

so we got good at performing.

good at shrinking.
good at saying “I'm fine” while our body said “no you're not”.

and it adds up..
you start second-guessing what you want.
bargaining with your boundaries.
treating your beauty like it's a negotiation.

Sacred Sands is a reset.

desert air.
warm sun.
sand under your feet.
a slower rhythm that reminds your nervous system what safety feels like.

so you can remember this: your worth was never up for debate. ❤️‍🔥

not with your body.
not with your age.
not with your life.

you don't need to fix yourself.

you need to stop abandoning yourself.

how do we call her home?

We guide you through somatic practices, sacred circles, grounded rituals, and cultural experiences that help you rebuild self-worth from the inside out.

come back to your body

come back to your body

gentle movement, somatic practices, and sound healing to release tension, numbness, and that “I'm holding it all together” tightness you've been living in.

rebuild self-worth from the inside out

rebuild self-worth from the inside out

not a pep talk. real rewiring. the kind that shifts the old stories of “I have to prove myself” into something steady, calm, and true.

remember your beauty without performing

remember your beauty without performing

beauty as presence. beauty as being at ease in your own skin. beauty as “I don't need to be chosen — I choose myself.”

heal the patterns that keep you small

heal the patterns that keep you small

the people-pleasing. the overthinking. the settling. the “maybe I'm asking for too much.” we meet it with compassion… and we don't let it run the show anymore.

let yourself be held by sisterhood

let yourself be held by sisterhood

honest circles. deep laughter. tears that don't need explaining. the kind of connection that makes you exhale because you're not doing life alone.

return to what's real

return to what's real

quiet. sun on skin. feet on sand. a slower rhythm that helps you hear your own inner voice again.

by the end of Sacred Sands, you won't just understand self-worth.

you'll feel it.

in how you take up space.
in how you rest.
in how you speak.
in what you no longer tolerate.
in how you look in the mirror and recognize yourself again.

the goal isn't to become someone new.

it's to remember who you are.

and to leave with a body that believes it.

Agadir Medina

about the location

For centuries, Morocco has been a crossroads of devotion and culture — a place where the sacred is woven into everyday life. Resting between the vast Sahara and the Atlantic Ocean, this land has been shaped by prayer, ritual, wind, and time.

Agadir carries a grounded, ancient feminine energy — steady, sovereign, and deep.

A place that strips away excess, mirrors truth, and gently invites you inward… back to your body, your worth, and your soul.

who's holding the space

Shannon Tomascak

Shannon Tomascak

somatics & movement

@soulflowwithshannon

Shannon is a women's guide and circle facilitator, working at the intersection of somatic healing and subconscious rewiring.

her path here wasn't linear — more a spiral of unraveling, questioning, and slowly remembering who she is deep down.

now she holds that same space for women to come back to themselves, with softness, strength, and soul.

Ashley Scully

Ashley Scully

healing & energetics

@ashleyscully_

Ashley is a dj, sound healer, reiki practitioner, and spiritual life coach.

she works in frequency and energy — sound baths, reiki, intuitive guidance — helping the body do what it's been holding off on: exhale.

her sessions hold both stillness and joy at once, giving women room to feel what they've been outrunning, and land somewhere steadier.

Questions

Morocco is a well-traveled destination known for its rich culture, deep spirituality, and warm hospitality.

Agadir, in particular, is a relaxed coastal city — chosen specifically for its safety, ease, and peaceful atmosphere. we've done our homework on this.

all transportation is pre-arranged with trusted, private drivers. we move together as a group for all excursions, and there's on-site support at Atlas Kasbah throughout the retreat.

here's a quick overview — we'll send you a full pre-travel guide once you're booked.

Visa

  • US citizens do not need a visa for stays under 90 days. most other western passport holders are also visa-free — we'll confirm your specific situation.

Passport

  • ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

Currency

  • Moroccan Dirham (MAD). exchange at the airport or in the city — ATMs are widely available in Agadir.

Travel Insurance

  • not required but highly recommended.
  • we suggest World Nomads or SafetyWing — both cover medical emergencies and trip interruptions.
  • cost is typically $50–100 for the duration of the trip.

Vaccinations

  • no vaccinations are required for entry into Morocco. as always, consult your healthcare provider for personal recommendations.

Your destination: Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK)

  • Most routes connect through major hubs (Paris, Madrid, London)
  • Average round-trip cost varies by departure city and season

Arrival/Departure:

Arrive: Nov 29 — aim to land by 3pm to arrive by the evening (when the retreat officially starts).

Depart: Dec 5 — we'll have you back to RAK or AGA for afternoon/evening flights.

We coordinate your pickup time based on your flight details — just share your flight info with us after booking! From Marrakech airport to our retreat center is approximately 3 hours.

absolutely. our private chef can customize meals around your needs — whether you're plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, or managing specific health conditions. we'll ask for your dietary needs after booking.

intimate. we keep it small on purpose.

you'll find a mix of women — late 20s to 50s, all at different crossroads. some are mid-heartbreak, some are pivoting careers, some are deep in motherhood, some just need a few days that are entirely their own. there's always the same thing underneath — a readiness to actually show up for themselves.

by day two, you'd never guess they were strangers.

not at all. most women come solo — and many say the sisterhood they found was the most unexpected gift. this space is designed to make you feel safe, welcome, and deeply connected from day one.

absolutely. this retreat blends guided experiences with spaciousness so you can rest, reflect, or connect as you need. your energy is honored every step of the way.

yes — and if you've never been to Morocco, we highly recommend it. Marrakech, the Atlas Mountains, and the Sahara are all worth exploring.

the official retreat runs November 29 – December 5. if you want to arrive early or stay after, just reach out and we'll help coordinate.

yes. you can secure your spot with a $1,000 deposit today. we'll work out a flexible payment plan spread over the coming months.

on the payment page, simply choose the deposit option instead of paying in full.

the $1,000 deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your spot and covers upfront retreat costs. if you need to cancel after paying more, additional payments may be transferable if we can fill your spot.

we highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment. if something comes up, reach out to us as soon as possible.
