ASHA MEANS HOPE IN SANSKRIT
born from a deep belief that women hold the answers within themselves — ASHA creates the space for that wisdom to rise.
from the spice markets of Morocco to the ancient cenotes of Mexico and the golden savannas of Kenya, every retreat is designed to spark something real inside you.

what every retreat holds
the pillars of ASHA
rituals rooted in the culture we're visiting — held with respect, led by local wisdom keepers who share their traditions with willing hearts.
yoga, dance, sound healing, and body-based rituals designed to move energy and anchor you into presence. no prior experience needed.
every meal crafted with local, seasonal ingredients. we eat as a community — long tables, shared plates, and flavors that tell the story of where we are.
women's circles, journaling, and a post-retreat community to help you carry this forward. this doesn't end when you board the plane home.

this is the one we keep talking about back home.
women who came back different
↑ this is what we created ASHA for.
who's holding the space
Shannon Tomascak
somatics & movement
@soulflowwithshannonShannon is a women's guide and circle facilitator, working at the intersection of somatic healing and subconscious rewiring.
her path here wasn't linear — more a spiral of unraveling, questioning, and slowly remembering who she is deep down.
now she holds that same space for women to come back to themselves, with softness, strength, and soul.
Ashley Scully
healing & energetics
@ashleyscully_Ashley is a dj, sound healer, reiki practitioner, and spiritual life coach.
she works in frequency and energy — sound baths, reiki, intuitive guidance — helping the body do what it's been holding off on: exhale.
her sessions hold both stillness and joy at once, giving women room to feel what they've been outrunning, and land somewhere steadier.
